Sofia, Bulgaria - [October 13, 2025] - We’re proud to share that Resolute Software has earned the EcoVadis Commitment Badge in our first sustainability assessment. The recognition places Resolute among a select group of organizations that have built strong foundations for sustainable, responsible business; a milestone that reflects both our culture and our commitment to doing things the right way.

This achievement is more than a score. It’s a validation of what we’ve believed in from day one: that building a lasting company means building one that operates with integrity, care, and purpose.

What the EcoVadis assessment means

EcoVadis is the world’s most trusted provider of sustainability ratings, conducting more than 150,000 assessments annually. The evaluation looks at performance across four key areas:

  1. Environment – energy use, emissions, and resource efficiency
  2. Labor and Human Rights – employee well-being, diversity, and workplace safety
  3. Ethics – anti-corruption, information security, and fair business practices
  4. Sustainable Procurement – responsible sourcing and supplier engagement

Resolute exceeded the threshold required for the EcoVadis Commitment Badge, a strong start for a first-time participant.

“Achieving this recognition reflects both the maturity of our internal systems and the genuine care we put into how we do business,” said Hristo Georgiev, CEO of Resolute. “It takes serious commitment, time, and investment to meet EcoVadis standards, and we’re proud to see that effort recognized.”

Sustainability built into how we work

At Resolute, sustainability isn’t a checkbox or a marketing label. It’s part of how we operate: responsibly, transparently, and with a long-term view.

As an ISO-certified
software consultancy and trusted, responsible technology partner, we’ve always approached our work with ethics, quality, and security at the core. Our clients, especially in industries like healthcare, aerospace, and public safety, expect nothing less.

We hold three ISO certifications:
ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security), and ISO/IEC 20000-1 (IT Service Management). Together, they reflect our ongoing focus on governance, process rigor, and people-first practices.

“For us, sustainability means building a company that lasts, one that operates with purposeand excellence,” Georgiev added. “Our EcoVadis sustainability score shows that even as a fast-growing consultancy, we can balance performance with responsibility.”

Why this matters for our clients and partners

For our clients and partners, this recognition is more than a badge. It’s reassuring that the team they work with runs on the same principles they value - trust, accountability, and care for people and the planet.

Working with an EcoVadis-certified
consulting company means partnering with a team that:

  • Maintains verified sustainability policies and measurable improvement goals
  • Upholds strong labor, health, and safety practices
  • Follows strict data protection and ethical business standards
  • Engages suppliers responsibly and transparently

Whether it’s
ethical software consulting, software modernization sustainability, or ESG technology consulting, we believe responsible technology isn’t optional. It’s how you build something that lasts.

A step forward, and just the beginning

Earning the EcoVadis Commitment Badge is a proud moment, but it’s not the finish line.

“This milestone is part of a much bigger journey,” Georgiev said. “Our next goal is to move from commitment to leadership, to become one of the top-performing companies on the EcoVadis sustainability score.”

At Resolute, sustainability isn’t just about how we’re evaluated. It’s about how we evolve as a team, as a partner, and as a company that believes great software and great responsibility go hand in hand.
