Ocean Investments, the group Resolute is part of, has been named Mercer #1 Employer in Bulgaria for 2025. The recognition is based on employee feedback and measured through a globally recognized methodology, which makes it more than a headline. It reflects how people actually experience the companies inside the group.

And that matters.

  • 88% say they understand how their work contributes to company goals
