Resolute turns 7: Building smarter, scaling further
On April 1st, Resolute officially turned seven. This past year brought exciting new services, strong partnerships, and projects that reflect what we do best: building software that prioritizes reliability, precision, and long-term value.

Scaling AI beyond the proof of concept
We launched Advanced AI Engineering—a new service designed to help businesses turn AI into something practical, reliable, with predictable costs, and ready for real-world use.
As AI adoption grows, many companies face the same challenge: moving beyond prototypes and making AI work inside everyday operations. With this service, we help businesses build AI systems that fit into real workflows, perform reliably, and create lasting value.
At the center of this model is the Forward Deployed Engineer. It’s a role embedded directly within client environments to ensure AI systems are technically sound and aligned with how teams actually work. To support businesses at the start of that journey, we also introduced a complimentary AI Operations Assessment and partnered with Databricks to help organizations build modern data and AI platforms that can scale with confidence.
AI-powered regulatory navigation in Aviation & Defense
One of the year’s standout projects came from the aviation and defense sector, where a developer of airborne object tracking platforms partnered with Resolute to explore how AI could help users navigate highly complex regulatory documentation.
The challenge involved thousands of pages of legally binding materials, strict traceability requirements, and limited infrastructure. Resolute delivered a fully localized RAG-based AI assistant built in .NET, capable of answering complex questions with clear, cited references, all while running entirely on local hardware. The result was a solution built not just for performance, but for trust, control, and practical use in a highly demanding environment.
Zero downtime: Saving a 240-patient clinical trial
A strong example of mission-critical engineering came from Resolute’s implementation for SetPoint Medical, a California-based medical device manufacturer that faced a major operational risk when its backend provider announced a shutdown during an active clinical trial.
With over 240 patients relying on uninterrupted therapy and strict FDA requirements in place, downtime wasn’t just a technical issue; it was a clinical and ethical one. The migration had to happen seamlessly and, in the client’s own words, had to be “the exact solution with zero differences.”
Working under tight regulatory and technical constraints, Resolute ensured continuity without disruption, preserving system behavior and maintaining uninterrupted operations throughout the transition.
Recognition for the way we build
Resolute’s commitment to people, leadership, and responsible growth was also recognized through several meaningful industry acknowledgments.
We were honored with HeartCount’s “Empowering Leadership” Award, recognizing organizations that adapt to change, support continuous learning, and create environments where people can thrive. Later in the year, we received the EcoVadis Commitment Badge as part of our first sustainability assessment, an important milestone reflecting our commitment to responsible, value-driven growth.
Seven years in full color
No birthday would be complete without a celebration. Resoluters came together for a small fiesta to mark our 7th anniversary and reflect on everything we’ve built together. With colorful outfits, festive details, and a vibrant Mexican spirit brought to life by colleagues across different teams, the celebration was a joyful reminder of what makes every milestone possible: the people behind it.
As we step into year eight, we’re excited for what’s ahead, continuing to help businesses scale AI with confidence, deliver in mission-critical environments, and build software designed to last.
