The past few months have brought new partnerships, meaningful recognition, and opportunities to work on projects that make a real difference.
At Resolute Software, we’ve strengthened our technology ecosystem, celebrated our team’s achievements, and continued helping businesses solve complex challenges.
Here’s a look at some of the developments that made this period memorable.
Building new opportunities with Redis
One of our latest milestones is a new partnership with Redis, bringing together its high-performance data and AI technologies with our experience in software engineering and application modernization.
As businesses modernize their systems and adopt AI, the challenge is often making these technologies work reliably in complex, real-world environments.
Together with Redis, we’re helping organizations modernize applications, migrate mission-critical workloads, and bring AI solutions into production.
We’re excited about the opportunities this collaboration creates for our clients and the challenges we’ll tackle together.
International recognition for work that matters
Another proud moment was receiving a Gold Stevie® Award for Achievement in Operational Excellence at the 2026 International Business Awards.
The recognition celebrates our work with SetPoint Medical, where our engineers completed a critical backend migration during an FDA-regulated clinical trial.
With more than 240 patients depending on uninterrupted therapy and less than eight weeks to complete the transition, there was no room for downtime.
Our team delivered exactly that: a seamless migration followed by 18 months of 100% uptime.
For us, this award represents more than technical excellence. It reminds us of the responsibility behind the systems we build and the people who depend on them.
Growing our AI ecosystem with Parloa
Our partnership ecosystem also grew with Parloa, an AI agent platform for customer service.
As an official implementation partner, we’re helping businesses bring Parloa’s voice and chat agents into production by integrating them with existing telephony, CRM, and billing systems.
Our colleagues Nikoleta Lazarova and Tsvyatko Konov also joined the Parloa team at WAVE 2026 in Berlin, where they exchanged ideas and explored opportunities to work together.
It was a great opportunity to strengthen our new relationship, and we’re looking forward to what's next.
Making self-storage simpler with Storsy
Some of the most interesting engineering challenges are hidden behind experiences that feel effortless.
That’s certainly true of our recent work with Storsy, a growing self-storage provider in Eastern Europe.
Together, we developed a custom platform that simplifies booking and accessing storage units while automating the complex operations behind the scenes.
The project combined technology strategy, software engineering, and close collaboration to support Storsy’s growth.
In our latest video success story, we explore the challenges, decisions, and lessons behind the project together with the Storsy team.
Looking ahead
From building new partnerships to delivering software people can depend on, these developments reflect what matters most to us: strong relationships, thoughtful engineering, and taking responsibility for our work.
We’re grateful to our clients, partners, and colleagues for being part of that journey, and we’re looking forward to what’s next.
