We recently shared the news that Yana Chavgova, a Salesforce consultant with a track rercord of success and an impressive list of certifications, joined the Resolute team as the head of our Salesforce practice. Now, we are delighted to announce that Resolute Software has been certified as an official Salesforce Consulting Partner! Our team of Salesforce consultants has worked with companies across the globe from industries like IT, Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Logistics, Oil and Gas.

Along with setting up the new Salesforce services business line, the Resolute team has been hard at work launching a custom Salesforce platform implementation for a client.

We helped Amatas, a managed cybersecurity company, implement a comprehensive, tailored solution in Salesforce that enabled its sales team to more efficiently manage leads, convert prospects into customers, and organize proposals and contracts. The team also integrated several mission-critical applications, including Outreach, ZoomInfo, DocuSign and DocuSign Negotiate.

According to Boris Goncharov, CEO at Amatas, Resolute provided tremendous value to their business by simplifying and aligning the entire sales cycle from pre-sales through post-sales.
