Salesforce Consulting Manager

As a Salesforce Consulting Manager at Resolute Software you will lead the whole salesforce practice developing and managing the salesforce partnership, demonstrate and utilize your Salesforce expertise and use your analytical and problem-solving skills to consult clients, design and configure highly-effective and custom-tailored solutions. You will be participating almost in the entire lifecycle of a Salesforce implementation project – analysis, design, configurations, testing, deployment and maintaining. We aim at the highest standards in our delivery process.

You would be a person:

  • With at least 3+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Having experience in developing and maintaining client and partner relationship
  • Having background in CRM processes design
  • Having experience with at least 2 of the following products – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, CPQ (Revenue Cloud)
  • Who is having strong organization, presentation and communications skills

In this role you will:

  • Participate closely in developing the salesforce practice together with the marketing and business development team
  • Prepare offers for potential prospects based on provided requirement
  • Have daily meetings - internal and with clients
  • Align business process to Salesforce functionalit
  • Map requirements to Salesforce functionalities and the entire implementation plan
  • Participate in the overall system design (this could be a complex system solution of more than 1 Salesforce or other vendor’s products)
  • Make on-hand Configurations in the Salesforce (or any Salesforce Product) environment
  • Deployment and Testing of solutions
  • Train the clients (if included in the project’s scope)
  • Guide and mentor teammates
