New Business Development and Commercial Director

As a result of expanding our European presence, we are hiring a New Business Development and Commercial Director to help us keep growing. You would be a person:

  • With solid experience (10+ years) and proven success in the development of Go-to-market lead generation and sales strategies for IT consulting service companies
  • Who has superior analytical abilities and can meet annual goals
  • With a substantial network and influence in Western Europe
  • With an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to be in an environment that grants you the autonomy to develop strategies and achieve goals independently
  • With excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Self-sufficiency is a must
  • Experience in the healthcare vertical is a plus

In this role you will:

  • Develop and expand Resolute Software’s footprint in Europe
  • Build internal and external relationships, identify new business opportunities, direct strategic marketing, support operations planning, and develop proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
  • Build, implement and execute the outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Travel - Off-site client meetings and national trade shows
  • Work at strategic and tactical levels
