Marketing Manager

You would be a person:

  • Who has MSc in Marketing and/or 5+ years of experience in the field
  • Proficient in producing content marketing in English
  • With experience in strategic marketing decision making and cross-functional project management
  • Who understands and promotes marketing best practices
  • With strong knowledge of the latest SEO best practices, acumen with digital (including social media) marketing
  • Who is leading and/or collaboration with the biz dev teams in the full cycle of marketing campaigns
  • Experience in utilizing marketing automation systems
  • Very good knowledge of Google Analytics, Ahrefs & other platforms
  • With excellent organizational, writing and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and verbal English

We would consider it a PLUS if you have experience with:

  • B2B tech software
  • Technical knowledge
  • Marketing experience within the IT field

In this role you will:

  • Get to experience and work on the full spectrum of marketing operations
  • Working closely with the management team and the business dev team to create the marketing strategy including value proposition, positioning and differentiation and budget management
  • Market research on customers, competition, pain-points, service packages
  • Content marketing including drafting, publishing and promoting blog posts and news pieces weekly alone or in collaboration with external bloggers and influencers
  • Measure, track and own the website content and key performance metrics on the company pages
  • Working on continuous improvement of the user journey
  • Social media and email marketing
  • Devise an SEO strategy and execute on it
  • Events management & partnerships
  • Prepare and circulate reports on the performance of the website and overall lead funnel through our platforms
  • Assist in the collaboration with our customers to draft, publish and promote case studies and testimonials
  • Support the sales/biz team with collateral, insights and campaign management where needed
