Celebrating two amazing years of Resolute Software

“True character is forged in hard times”, they say. We at Resolute saw it firsthand this year, as we made our way into our second year in business. During this year, the team at Resolute not only expanded, but we also managed to keep our enthusiasm and spirits high, gain more experience, learn how to toughen up, become smarter and better skilled. We overcame lots of challenges and adapted to the new normal: the way we work, the way we live. Throughout this year, we stayed committed to our core values: to be devoted to customers’ success the way we are committed to our team members’ professional and personal well-being and growth; to nurture and inspire innovation and excellence in everything we do.

We thank our customers and partners for trusting us. We thank the entire Resolute team for the empathy, enthusiasm, and dedication they bring to work every day!

—WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT RESOLUTE SOFTWARE?

During our second year in business, we far surpassed the ambitious business growth objectives that we set for ourselves, despite the pandemic and through the hard work and devotion of our team of superstars. This past year was critical for building the backbone of our organization, for orchestrating processes and setting up the stage for growth.

Let’s celebrate the anniversary by taking a quick trip down memory lane.

We have more than doubled our team since last year.

A couple of years ago, we started with a few. Now we are many, not only in numbers but also in talents and creativity. Throughout the year, we continued to add members to the team at full speed, and we have welcomed new professionals into our family from various locations, with diverse backgrounds and skillsets – software engineers, UX/UI design experts, marketing and sales professionals, and digital transformation gurus. Among our latest additions to the team is a talent & culture lead who will be helping us maintain integrity, and a sense of belonging within the team.

We expanded our presence to Western Europe.

After stepping on the US West Coast in early 2020, we landed in Western Europe in late 2020 by opening an office in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Watch this space to learn more about what we have done so far in this market and our plans.

We became a Salesforce certified partner.

Before 2020 came to a close, we launched our Salesforce services practice and welcomed to the team Yana Chavgova, a seasoned Salesforce consultant with an impressive list of certifications. Shortly after setting up the new Salesforce services business line, the Resolute team started working on several Salesforce implementation projects that helped customers streamline their sales processes and gain a competitive edge.

A new consulting package joined our family of services.

The CI/CD 360, a first-class managed continuous integration and continuous delivery solution, aims to offer organizations everything they need to fully automate their software engineering process. Bridging the gap between development and operation teams, the CI/CD 360 consulting package automates the building, testing, and deployment of applications. Once again, Heartcount ranked us as a people-first company.

We are proud that all our efforts were recognized by Heartcount again in 2020. We got more vocal in 2020.

We could not attend any of the conferences we wanted last year, but that did not stop us from co-hosting live webinars with partners and delivering fresh new resources on the topics that we care about:
